As a Judicial Law Clerk for three years, I served in the civil, criminal, and administrative divisions of the court, gaining firsthand insight into how judges evaluate and decide cases. Many disputes involve civil liability, criminal proceedings, and administrative action at the same time. Drawing on my integrated litigation experience across these fields, I analyze each matter from every angle and develop the most effective strategy for resolution. I work fluently in both Korean and English, advising international clients and foreign companies directly on legal matters in Korea.
